Jim has been doing my carpets for years. He does an outstanding job and goes above and beyond the call of duty. He also does my furniture periodically and does an excellent job as well. Jim is respectful of my home and always responsive to my calls and questions.

Jim arrived just as he said he would and was done in a timely manner. The house now smells amazing fresh! Previous owners had animals inside and it reeked of pet odor! Not any more!!! He was neat and professional and provided me with the information necessary to be able to have my marble floors redone. He was honest and told me what I needed he didn't do but advised me on what to ask for and measured my floor so I have an idea on the sq ft needed to be done. I would recommend Jim and I will have him back to do future cleaning! He's the best!
