He is honest. He tells you what he is going to do and he does it. He tells you what it is going to cost and tells you when he is going to come, he comes and tells you how long it takes him, I mean he is straightforward.
It is a small company and this is a one man show. He doesn't want to get bigger. His wife is his receptionist and scheduler and she makes you feel very welcome and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs whatever they are. I would continue to use him.

took it upon myself to change a programmable thermostat.  Honeywell controller and Carrier AC do not mix.  ended up tripping a breaker in the Carrier unit.  The big AC service company "you blew the transformer", wait 3 days for an appointment, and pay for a transformer and a new controller.  Called Dave - Mary Ann was a pleasure to deal with.  Dave squeezed me in, came by - reset the breaker and installed the controller.  Used the controller that I had purchased !!!!  The only company I will use in the future.

He was extremely efficient and effective. He quoted us a price and stuck to it. I was very happy with him. He was extremely professional and reliable. He was on time and came when he said he would come.

He is very reliable and very thorough. He will find problems. He calls after the job is done to make sure everything came out right. He and his wife work together and own the business. I had used him last year. His prices are very reasonable and I will have him back every year.

Dituro Air Conditioning was recommended by my sister who lives in North Palm Beach. Dave Dituro did routine maintenance on my AC in June 2009. It worked fine. ON 06-03-10 Dave Dituro again performed routine AC maintenance for $118.56. Included were 4 replacement filters. On Wednesday, 06-09-10 my central AC unit began to fail. The fan would not shut off and the thermostat temp. would not go below 75.The compressor would not come on. I called Dituro's on the weekend but hung up on the answering machine, figuring they did not do service then. I nursed the unit along, starting and restarting to get what cool air was available. I called Dituro's Tuesday, 06-15-10. I spoke to Mary Ann. She said I should have left a message on the weekend as it is an emergency. We arranged for Dave to come out on Wednesday, June 16. I had to go to the doctor, so I was not in-house for the repair work. Dave Dituro followed up by phone the next day to explain his findings. Dave first called Trane representatives to report the problem and get factory-recommended parts and service guidance. No help was available, so he added a generic hard-start kit. The true test is whether the repair worked. I've had the AC on 76 degrees since June 16 and the unit works perfectly. I am very happy with Dituro Air Conditioning.

They are extremely dependable and reliable. They are really nice people to work with. I've had no problem with them. The above cost is for every quarter year.
