Dependable Pro Movers

Dependable Pro was significantly cheaper than their competition. I realized that I didnt have much to my name but liked my stuff and didnt want to think about replacing it. Wqs a little skeptical but... They spent a lot of time packing and loading and a lot of time also when off loading. Picked up and delivered on schedule and NO damage. Wondered whether maybe they underquoted me as they spent a lot of time and did a great job. Very happy with them.

They were really good, nothing broke. They packed everything, they moved everything.

They did an excellent job. I can't rate these guys highly enough. They were courteous and on time. They showed up and delivered when they quoted. They took excellent care with the wrapping of paintings, wall hangings, and lamps. I would recommend them highly to anybody. Without having to ask them to, they cleaned up everything after themselves. There was no trace they were even around. Every time I inquired about the move or had questions about anything, the office manager Terri handled everything expertly.

The name of this company should be Undependable Unprofessional Movers. Terry the grandmother of this family operation is extremely disorganized and inefficient. I had to call four different times to have boxes delivered. She dragged a few up herself each time, when in fact, a large delivery should have been made all at once and delivered by a couple of strong people. They only provide moving boxes and tape-no packing paper, bubble wrap, dish dividers, etc. I had to buy all of theses supplies elsewhere. She estimated that packing would take one day and moving would take one day. Other than a few last minute items and pictures, my housekeeper and I packed else from my 4800 square foot house. The move was anticipated to be difficult, because I was moving to a smaller house.
Day one the crew was two hours late. Day two they were two and half hours late. Day three they began unloading. Day four they did the final unloading which took all day. They were to come back Monday afternoon to finish a couple of things and take some of their supplies that they left. They never came back.
Robert, the grandson, is a gem. He led the crew efficiently and worked tirelessly everyday. Cory and some of the other crew members were fine under Robert's direction.
This company needs a paid manager with the skills to make an efficient company. Otherwise, do not use this company. It was an awful experience.

First of all, Terry was wonderful. Our friends called us and we're very impressed with the profession I way the movers did the job . They knew exactly what they were doing. When they arrived at my house they were friendly, professional and nice. I could not ask for anything Else I would use them in a heartbeat.

This was by far the best moving company that I have ever worked with. The movers were on time, hard working and professional. Whenever we have to move we will definitely use them again!!!

I hired Terry for both moves. When she came for estimates-was 1/2 price at other company in Miami and 1/3-2/3 cheaper to N.C. Both moves very smooth. Moving men friendly, helpful and didn't complain. Much easier than I dreamed possible.

I've relocated more than a dozen times in my lifetime before I retired, and for the most part have had decent experiences, including using a master mover for a cross-country excursion. But nothing had come close to the level of care, courtesy, and professionalism exhibited by Dependable Pro Movers. Terry, the matriarch of this family operation, is a low-key, matter-of-fact type of person who makes certain that all aspects of a complicated move, as ours was, are taken into consideration. She even overcompensated on the equipment side to guarantee there weren't any issues with accommodating all of our furnishings. Her son, Cliff, is the team leader, and the consummate moving professional. He was unaffected by any of our requests and answered every question courteously, as did his entire crew. Bottom line, not one item was damaged or scratched, and no glass or anything else was broken. Everything was placed in our new residence exactly where we asked, and our master bedroom was assembled so we could sleep in the room that evening. Of the five A-grade movers I interviewed, Dependable Pro Movers was also on the low end with respect to price. I recommend this company without reservation.

Arranged estimate with Terry. She was professional, responsive and punctual. The movers, who were courteous and friendly, appeared to be careful with the furniture and the walls of my home when moving the furniture in. I was pleased with the service and would hire them again for an interstate move.

They were helpful. They helped check something apart so it would fit. They were on time.

Dependable Pro was on time, courteous and did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend them to anyone doing in-town moving. The price is very reasonable and the work was completed for the price quoted.

With the horror stories about movers, we were thrilled with the service this company provided. The truck arrived on time, the crew took extreme care with our belongings and the packing into a storage facilitiy used every square inch of space. We'll use this company again when it comes time to move everything from storasge into the new house.

I was very satisfied with their service. They were very competent. Although they were about 1.5 hours late they did let me know they would be late and it was because they had to finish unloading their truck. They worked very hard, did not take any breaks and didn't break anything. They were upbeat the whole time. They were also by far the least expensive moving company in the area I could find.
