We are a full service plumbing repair company. We have been in business for 29 years and we are a family owned and operated small business with 17 employees. All employees are drug tested and background checked. We DO NOT sub-contract any of our work out, but we can recommend companies if needed. We are fully licensed and insured. We offer 24/7 emergency service to all our customers. We are open on Saturdays at no extra charge. We are here for our customers and work within there schedules, not everyone can take off from work. If they need someone after 5pm we will at no extra charge. Late nights and Sundays are an extra. We offer flat rate pricing,for $55.00 we will come out look at the job and tell you how much the job will be. If you want us to do the work after quoting the price we waive the $55.00, if not we collect the $55.00 We also have monthly specials for Angie's List customers.

Strangely enough, Dee Maria was the 4th Plumber I called in the area, but they were the only ones to actually pick up their phone. I talked to a representative at about 10 AM, and they had somebody out to fix my problem by about 2 PM. They showed up in the 2 hour window that they gave me, and also gave me a call approx 30 min before they showed up.
There was a mix up of what the problem was thought to be--the tech thought it was a and quot;Drainand quot; issue instead of a and quot;Water Mainand quot; issue, understandable. However that did not seem to be a problem, he ran to Home Depot, picked up the proper part and had it installed in a timely manner. Before he fixed it, he called me to give me an estimate, which was within $10 of the actual price. I gave an A for price in the survey, but I really don't have a good feel for how much these things should cost.
I am just very satisfied that they got the problem fixed, and my renters had running water that same day!
B) They called at 8am the next day to set up an appointment for 12-2
C) At 10:30 they called to say they were running ahead of schedule and could be there in 20 minutes.
D) The gentleman was detailed, discovered the problem and promptly repaired it. The price was reasonable and I was offered options.
He offered suggestions for further improvement.
If I ever need plumbing, this is the first place I would call.
Plumber Josh S. installed a new functioning spigot without haste. Dee Maria was extremely responsive and the cost was reasonable.

- The leak was fixed.
The first ball valve installed was defective. It had to be replaced and I believe we were charged for the extra time, but I'm not sure.
He did not come with a helper. Underground, for safety, the resident manager stayed with him until he called for assistance later. It did save us some money, although the manager charged for her time. The plumber cooperated in taking photos of the pipe, as requested.
The dry wall and concrete repairs were handled by the condo handyman.
"We first started doing work for this member in October 2006 Yes we did look at his toilet but we recommended it be changed due to age. We did what we could for him at the time. He later called us back out to his home in October 2007 for a water heater problem which we fixed to his satisfaction because he has used in February 2008 to repair his guest bath tub. Maybe when he was having a bad day when he filled out his report, everyone has days like that."
