There were good. The repairman was very polite and professional. They were a little expensive but the work was good. They were very prompt with booking appointment. They booked an appointment right there when I called. They were very professional and very friendly. Previous plumbing companies haven't been so friendly to my mum so I was kind of concerned about that. But this gentleman was very friendly and nice.

It was great I sprung a leak and could not turn off the water. I called 3 different plumbers and they all said they couldn't help me. I got nervous then called dee Maria and they sent someone out within a hour. The technician Robert was polite and professional and quick. He was in and out quickly taking care of all my plumbing needs in a professional way with quality work I will and am going to use them in the future.

I rent a house in West Palm, and I live in Washington, DC, so it is hard to deal with issues long distance. My tenants reported that they did not have any water, and they are not very inclined to troubleshoot problems, My HoA reported that my water main was shooting out water, so they turned it off.
Strangely enough, Dee Maria was the 4th Plumber I called in the area, but they were the only ones to actually pick up their phone. I talked to a representative at about 10 AM, and they had somebody out to fix my problem by about 2 PM. They showed up in the 2 hour window that they gave me, and also gave me a call approx 30 min before they showed up.
There was a mix up of what the problem was thought to be--the tech thought it was a and quot;Drainand quot; issue instead of a and quot;Water Mainand quot; issue, understandable. However that did not seem to be a problem, he ran to Home Depot, picked up the proper part and had it installed in a timely manner. Before he fixed it, he called me to give me an estimate, which was within $10 of the actual price. I gave an A for price in the survey, but I really don't have a good feel for how much these things should cost.
I am just very satisfied that they got the problem fixed, and my renters had running water that same day!

They were very thorough and made sure the line was cleared. They took extra time to wash the line out. They also checked to make sure that all plumbing drained correctly once the work was done.

A) I called on Christmas day and got a call back in less than 5 minutes. 
B) They called at 8am the next day to set up an appointment for 12-2
C) At 10:30 they called to say they were running ahead of schedule and could be there in 20 minutes. 
D) The gentleman was detailed, discovered the problem and promptly repaired it. The price was reasonable and I was offered options.
He offered suggestions for further improvement.
If I ever need plumbing, this is the first place I would call.

While another contractor was using our hose to do work resurfacing our pool, the outside spigot stripped rendering the hose unable to be shut off properly. Di Maria Plumbing was contacted and sent out a workman within the hour.
Plumber Josh S. installed a new functioning spigot without haste. Dee Maria was extremely responsive and the cost was reasonable.

1. The leak was fixed.

The plumber was was pleasant and capable.
The first ball valve installed was defective. It had to be replaced and I believe we were charged for the extra time, but I'm not sure.
He did not come with a helper. Underground, for safety, the resident manager stayed with him until he called for assistance later. It did save us some money, although the manager charged for her time. The plumber cooperated in taking photos of the pipe, as requested.
The dry wall and concrete repairs were handled by the condo handyman.

They are exorbitant with the price. I asked them how much the materials would be if I went to Home Depot and they told me $30.00 to $40.00. I asked why they were charging so much for the work and they said they they have one set price for certain jobs and it does not change. I told them due to the price and the fact that they would not guarantee the work, I would not use them again. I ended up having to call them back after this and I thought the issue might have been caused by them, but it was not. They did do the repair after this. I do like the young man that came out as he had came before and replaced a faucet.

A non-event since I need the backflow test every year. Dee Maria sends me a postcard to remind me to schedule the test, I call the office and schedule the test, and they send a plumber out in the next day or so. Since I don't need to be home, it is pretty easy. Finally, they place a tag on the meter and send the report to the city.

The plumber was on-time, professional, and did very high quality work. The only caveat is that they know how to charge. Plumber was there no more than an hour. Overall, I was satisfied, but if I were to have substantial work done I would request an estimate.

They were experts on building up a fee, they charge $79.00 just for showing up for an emergency. Whatever needs to be done they have a labor charge which they look up in their pricing book before the work is done, they also charged 30.00 for labor on something that took only five minutes. They also charge for the item itself.
