What happen was he came on the boat, and he would charge me x amount of dollars per hour, fifty dollars an hour. When he finished he charged me seventy five dollars an hour, and he did not finished the work. He left it undone. When I asked him about it, he got mad, and took his bill for twelve hundred, and sent me one for twenty four hundred. So I have one for twelve hundred, and one for twenty four hundred. He said if I didn't pay the twelve hundred, he would lien my boat. Now, he said if I didn't pay the twenty four hundred, he would lien my boat, because that is what its worth. He never finished my boat. He missed wired the GPS system they were getting twenty four volts instead of twelve, and it ruined the circuit board. I had to send them off to Garmin to overall them for six hundred and fifty dollars each. When I found out he did that, that is when it started. I said, you are burning up the GPS's. I didn't pay anything as of yet. He charged me twelve hundred, as he agreed to come up here for fifty dollars an hour. He charged me seventy five dollars an hour. He charged me travel time, which wasn't agreed on. He didn't have an work order, he just made up what he wanted. I give you this, and you give me that. He didn't say anything about the fee changing. When he found out about the GPS, he left me an bill for twelve hundred bucks. I called him saying his was scamming me. You left all the stuff undone. He said if I didn't like that bill, watch the next bill. In two hours, he sent me the next one for twenty four hundred. He said, you better pay it, or I will lien your boat. I am happy to pay what I order. I don't want to pay for South Florida scamming. It makes it impossible to pay when someone like that does that. He can't be trusted on your boat. Give careful consideration of having someone like that on your boat. He can change the price on you. Scam you for more money, than agreed on. He then says he will lien your boat. He can't do that without a court hearing, which I plan on taking him to court. To let someone like that on your boat to scam you, is a dangerous situation. Especially if he isn't qualified. Which he isn't qualified to work on an boat. Tied to the started button, which is a twenty four volts to the twelve volt system. You start the engine a diesel  Caterpillar engine, it send that twenty four volt to the GPS system. It isn't suppose to be wired into system. Its a separate wiring. You are getting that surge of electricity. Most of his work was a decent quality, it just needed to be wired correctly. Quality was fair. He made some mistakes, and didn't fix his mistakes. He said that wasn't his problem. He did the GPS, and that isn't his problem. First year in business, and been wiring since 2016. He hasn't responded. The only complaint I have, not only he didn't finished the work. He then over-billed.  Then when you question his billing, he doubles the bill. He didn't repair his mistakes, and was unwilling to fix his mistakes. He exaggerated the original bill. When I refused to pay it, he doubled it.
