 + -1 moreVery nice people to deal with. Will see how the final repair work and new hot water heater install goes when work is completed.
Description of Work: Owner (Jose) provided a detailed proposal to repair a porch / lanai on new condo I will be buying. Spoke with owner (Jose) and his wife (Jitka) and they were very understanding and responsive to my questions about the proposal. Very helpful. I plan on using them for the repair work and to install a new hot water heater when I close on the condo.
