Mr Waters sent 2 inexperience workers when he said he had a crew of 6. Mr Waters never paid sub contractors. Mr Waters came to site only once in 4 months only to collect $20,000.00. 2 person crew took way too long. They also built things back incorrectly. Mr Waters double billed and threatened to leave job and extorted money from senior citizens. Finally terminated Mr Waters and his crew. I have all the evidence to share with anyone at any time. Look for another contractor. Complete Repairs Inc and Mr Waters will rob you blind, destroy your home and extort money from you. The pictures below is how this company will leave you.
