I cannot speak too highly for the service and concern shown by Code Red in the removal of mold from our bathroom and toilet area. They additionally project managed the entire process which included re tiling and repainting both of the rooms. Their tradesman Mike is a skilled individual who did a great job! Highly recommended.

Code Red responded quickly and professionally when I called them upon discovering wet carpet on the floor after heavy rain. They had someone come out promptly to start the clean up and drying process and to find where the water was entering the house and correct the problem. My husband and I are very happy with the results!

Code Red got me through a very difficult time. After moving into a new home, I discovered water seeping up from under the floors (seller failed to disclose). The repairs needed were far more extensive than we originally thought. 90% of the flooring in the house had to be removed and replaced, and at one point, mold was discovered, requiring remediation. I had to move out of the house while the work was being done. Every single person in this company, from executives to employees far exceeded my expectations. It is clear that each person is committed to quality service, takes pride in what they do, and truly cares about the customers they serve. I am so happy with the work they did. Other words I’d use to describe Code Red employees and their work: Knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, responsive, compassionate, friendly, accountable. It’s so difficult to find trustworthy, reliable construction and other service professionals in South Florida. I consider myself very lucky to have found Code Red and without hesitation, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

A week before Thanksgiving, I came home to find water pouring from my front door and a reflection pool in the middle of my living room  (yes we had laminate wood flooring)  Being a first-time home owner, I had no clue what to do!  I called the contactor who just filed a claim with my insurance for mold damage in both our bathrooms not even 6 months earlier and he recommended these guys (couldn't take on my project at the time.)  Let me tell you,  I was so happy with them and I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone who's got mold/water damage.  They are all sooo nice and really helped my husband and I cope with our horrible situation.  We didn't see a bill because they dealt with our insurance company directly and even gave us a complimentary quote on the rebuild (which they provide services for as well.)   My only issue was that I had to be proactive when it came to communication but that's how alllll contractor's are, they are a lot better than any others I've dealt with.   People...go with Code Red!  You will not be disappointed.

From beginning to end. our experience was excellent. Arty is a true professional who understood the stressors of having work done in our home. He was sincere and understood our needs: We were living away from our home and needed a company that would be trusted to do the work without our presence and at times our availability.
Arty's workers came and left the house clean. They explained what needed to be done and also what could have been needed since much of the problems become apparent after floors and walls are opened.  The work was done quickly, completely, honestly.
Arty did not try to sugar coat the problem in our home just to get the job. He was honest about how big the job could be up front and there were no surprises. 
I would use Arty and CODE RED RESTORATION again.  WE HOPE WE NEVER DO. Sorry Arty.  But thank you for a job well done and for your fairness.

The Code Red Team is very professional, showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner.  When issues occurred, Chris and Arty did their best to resolve with minimum impact to us.  Losing a kitchen for several months due to mold is painful enough add the process of dealing with the insurance company and the mortgage lender makes it darn near impossible.  The Code Red Team worked with us to get the job done as quickly as possible without jeopardizing workmanship.
