I want to thank the crew that came to my condo to clean it for a move-out! They did a fabulous job! I could not be happier. Thank you, ladies! For sure I will be calling you back again!

I wanted to schedule an appointment to do two initial cleanings back to back. They did this and initially the cleaning was fine. My understanding was they were going to come back two weeks later but they never came back. I called the office and left a message for them to call me back. I never got a response so I called the main office. I told them I wanted to talk to the owner and not anyone else. Someone other than the owner called me back. She told me she left a message but I never received it. The office finally called me back and said they would be out in 4 days. I am considering going with another company at this point. I am going to give them another chance, and they had me down a scheduled service on Monday that i didn't know about, and was confirmed by Mr. Ricardo Barrozzi

I got an online estimate. They called and set an appointment for the next day to look over our house. I liked the prices and the plans they offered. They have a very organized system for cleaning on a rotation basis. The women come out in teams of 2 or 3, so they are in and out fast. They were able to schedule the first cleaning for the next day and the workers were there 15 minutes early. We have had them come every 4 weeks for 3 times now in our 2 BR villa. Excellent.

The first two women who showed up late did not speak a word of English. They headed for the master bedroom/bath. The shower was not thoroughly cleaned (soap dish not touched) and the toilet did not appear to have been cleaned either.
When my husband walked in the front door, he said, " OMG, they didn't even clean the floors!" Well, they did, but skipped the corners. There was dirt right where it had been that morning. I didn't notice that the 5 glass tables hadn't been cleaned until evening when the light revealed dust on top of all of the tables. My cat loves to lay by my desk when I'm on the computer, so the rug in my den is often covered with hair. After the Cleaning Authority left, there was just as much hair on the rug as before they came.

I call Barry on the next Tues. to find out if he was sending a crew over to fix the problem. To my surprise he did not even remember he told me he would send a crew on Tues. When I reminded him of our conversation he began to yell and scream at me on the phone "I'm only human I make mistakes." He continued to yell and scream this to me over and over again. I did not feel like being abused like that so I hung up the phone at that point and did the cleaning myself! I would NEVER NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Not only did the job not get done properly, he did not even try to fix the problem and then verbally abused me on the phone!!!!!!

"As you know, there are always two sides to the story. What you read is her side. We see things differently. But instead of asking you to believe what we say over what she wrote, just call the local BBB and you will find there are ZERO complains against our company in the ELEVEN years we have been in business. We would not have lasted 11 years in a cut throat business if we treated our customers in the manner she claims. In business there are people you just can't please. We owned our mistakes and begged for a chance to make it right. What can I do if the person won't give us the chance. We have many clients that love us and would be happy to give us an excellent reference. These are clients that have been with us for years and we have been tested by time. Please ask us for some references. Barry and Beth Swett are the owners and they are excellent at what they do. They are reliable and honest and do a great job. There's nothing better than coming home after a long day at work to find your house spotless - dusted and vacuumed from top to bottom, bathrooms and kitchen gleaming, floors washed and garbage emptied. I can't say enough good things about this company! It's really hard to find a good cleaning service these days - but Barry and Beth are wonderful and take pride in their work and company.
