We make sure every customer loves their pool or patio enclosure by building the highest quality and best designed enclosures in Palm Beach County. On all new construction and all structural repair jobs one or both owners will be on the job performing the work.

Chris & Mark screens was very professional, asked the right questions, and constructed a very nice and strong screen enclosure. There were a few minor details missed, but the overall job was designed and assembled specifically for my patio. First they came and removed the old screen, recommended a facia section to be replaced where the old screen was attached and a person to do it. This was done with very good results. Next the concrete workers did their job removing the small pebbles of worn Chattahoochee and coating the underlying concrete with a nice surface. The Chris and Mark Screen came and erected the new screen enclosure. Very happy with the results.

Chris and Mark's Screens did a bang-up job of replacing our old enclosed patio screen. They arrived punctually for the demolition of the old wall, and finished the job the next day with a minimum of noise and mess. The back of our house looks totally refreshed and we couldn't have asked for a better result.

Chris and Mark Screen were very responsive. They arrived the day after I called and replaced the damaged screen panel in 30 minutes. Their minimum service call charge is $125 but give Angie's list members a 5% discount.

Excellent job!! Called and spoke with Chris - he came out and checked what had to be done, gave me an estimate & had a repairman out to do the work a few days later! Several screen panels replaced & some other miscellaneous work done on the frame.

Chris and Mark Screens completed my project in a timely fashion and kept me informed throughout. Their team were very respectful and went about their work in a dilligent manner. I would recommend them for any screen project, any repair right through to a new enclosure like myself. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Not a great experience with this vendor. The vendor called on Memorial Day morning asking if the crew could come that morning. No notice and on a holiday, no way. Eventually, the service was scheduled and the crew came to replace 9 panels. Of course the crew claimed that several panels were connected and that I had to replace an additional 4 panels, but later when pushed said that's just how the previous installer installed the screens, that it was possible to replace single panels. The crew was really sloppy and used a huge board that ripped several other screens. Removed my gutter and left it all bent and found several crews from the screen enclosure in my pool. Excess screen materials left on top of my solar panels. Just really sloppy work. When discussed these concerns with the owner, he became combative and unreasonable. BTW - the crew leader asked my girlfriend "how much is your budget" before they started working, as in other words they could work up to the budget, when a price was already negotiated with the owner. This exchange was immediately not nice and of course as mentioned above, the price was increased.

We always call when we have the ability to come out and complete repairs. We don’t take very many holidays so we always ask if we can come out. All anyone needs to say is please come another day. Within one hour after you texted me that there was a problem I had my guys back to your house to resolve any problems. My guys were asked to leave the property and never come back before I was ever allowed to resolve any and all problems. I’m still not sure what went wrong. Kyle and Jimmy use a walk board everyday and we haven’t had any problems. If the board or anything else were to do any damage they know to fix it without being asked. My guys safety is of the upmost importance. The boards make a very dangerous job a little safer. Kyle was asked by me to look over the enclosure and make sure that you understood what it needed and how much it would cost. He mistakenly asked your budget, he is a very good installer but does not have as much experience with estimates. This was my fault for asking him to help me with my job, for this I am sorry. It wasn’t that I was combative, although I obviously came across that way. I was upset that things got so out of hand before I was ever given the opportunity to make things right. We are far from perfect, I always tell all of our customers that I will do everything I can to resolve any issues and make things right should any problems arise."

Impressive company! If all businesses were run as efficiently as this company, the world would be a better place! This was my first time using this company, finding their great reviews on Angie's List, and I will definitely be hiring them again when needed! I spoke with Chris when I called initially about my problem. The corner brace of my screened enclosure was ajar, and Chris explained the repair possibilities and potential costs. Less than a week later a very pleasant and helpful young man named Jimmy came out to effect the repair. He assessed the situation, secured the corner and checked on the rest of my screening to be sure it was all in good order. Very professional and yet friendly, he kept the area clean and even swept up after he was complete. I was very pleased with such an excellent response to this small job. This is the company I'll be using for all my screening needs in the future!

After Hurricane Irma, Chris and Mark Screens received more "loves" than other local companies on our neighborhood website with 3,200 members. Like other companies, they were still backed up with jobs two months later and had trouble even getting screen material! To speed up the process, I emailed them pictures of the screens I cut so Irma wouldn't twist the enclosed patio structure (see photo below). They quoted me only $200 for replacing 3 large screen panels, 9 by 5.5-foot on an emergency basis. They called me one morning five days later and said they could come that same morning if I were free. The installer, Matt, was prompt, fast (one hour), was very congenial, and left no debris. He held to the price of their telephone estimate. Their phone is (561) 753-1853, and they answered it, despite the backlog!

This is the second time I have used this company for screen repair. The wind took out some spline on my pool screen panels. After a hurricane is a busy time for repairs, and they warned me that it might take some time to get to all customers. I said my repairs were minor and could wait. They kept in touch and eventually came out to do the work. My screens look great. The charge was fair and not inflated because of demand.

Excellent. They took care of everything. Going with an aluminum contractor is the easiest way to get a screened in porch done and they are the best in the business. They took care of the whole thing but didn't gouge like a GC might to get their cut. All employees are full-time, no subs. The ONLY sub is concrete, but they also have their own employees. All their ratings with Better Business Bureau are perfect. Their price was right in the middle, but exactly worth it and then some. They ask questions at every stage to make sure I am getting what I want and not rushing along. They offered an electrician sub also that they recommended, but I decided to wait on the wiring, wanted to try it myself first. The attention to details is great too, also great cleanup. Unrelated: We met with 4 contractors, some were SUPER CHEAP, nearly half of C&M, but when we looked into them, they were also SUPER SLEAZY, if not criminal. I also got a quote from a GC, it was almost 30% higher than C&M. You get what you pay for! Chris and Mark's costs are right in the middle, but very fair. Final note, a handle on the door broke post-install. They came out the next day and replaced it and showed me how to adjust it in the future. Commitment to customer is excellent.
