Our experience with them was just fair. We didn’t think they did a good enough job; I don’t remember, it was quite a while ago. With regard to responsiveness, they were on time. They came out when they said they would.

Everything has been just great with this company. They really did a beautiful job. They removed all of the stains from my carpeting. With this company they come out when they say they will. I will continue to use this company.
