Ended with lawyers and legal fees equal to the cost of what was paid to Cerrito. Cerrito installed defective (within 6 weeks of installation) stainless steel exterior light fixtures and refused to replace them after a long period (over 8 months) . Cerrito

April-2012-Discussed required work and optional work. Selected and developed statement of work. Received bid and awarded bid.Work was performed over several days. Some aspects were not successfully completed but received assurances that they would be tended to in the future. I will be asking to schedule work not yet performed in the near future. Complete payments has been made for all work.
October-2012-CERRITO DID NOT RESOLVE PROBLEMS WITH $5500 WORTH OF STAINLESS STEEL LIGHT FIXTURES THAT WERE DEFECTIVE, I pointed out rusting "stainless fixtures" in June-2012, providing photos and giving Cerrito access to examine the defective merchandise. Cerrito agreed that the fixtures were defective yet refuses to replace the defective fixtures. Over many months, Cerrito implied that he would replace the fixtures, but refuses to do so unless he gets back money that he paid his distributor for the defective fixtures. I had a contract with Cerrito, not his supplier. Cerrito does not stand by his work.,
I only want to get the correct fixtures that I bought and paid for,, but I am now proceeding with legal action to recover my money.
I will still have to go through this process over again with, hopefully, a reputable Electrical Contractor. Buyer Beware!!

I liked working with Cerrito's. I plan to use them again. I do believe they are licensed and insured but not sure.
