I have worked with many AC Companies in the West Palm Beach area and none of them were ever able to make my AC cold. I was on the precipice of putting in window units because I could not stand the heat anymore until I called this company. They were clear in what needs to be done to correct my problems and then fixed the issues. The service team led by Ben were smart, polite, patient (I am not an easy client when it comes to my AC), and did a great job. This is the first time in over 5 years that my AC has worked like it supposed to and I really appreciate Tom, Ben, and the whole Cee Dee Team. THANK YOU for my COLD AC! P.S. I never write reviews but I felt compelled by the fact it is cold in my house.

BE WARNED this is the worst company out there i called because my air was blowing warm the the owner came out and said i need duct work he said the air unit was fine charged me $ 1600 for new duct work the air still didnt work right they came back a week later and now said i needed a new air conditioner unit for over $ 4000 come to find out they lied and never checked the unit out before they did the duct work i am taking them to small claimes court and i did find a honest company to fix the problem anyone that has a problem please call me i can turn you on to a honest company cee dee would not even return my calls to fix my problem knowing that i had a wife that had cancer and just had surgery and couldn't be in the heat

It went very well, overall. Office person said the technicians would call before they came, but they didn't. No big deal in this case.
