DO NOT hire this company ! they were unprofessional , dangerous , negligent and caused damage to many condo owners property including mine . They drilled into my ceiling and caused damage and a hole and they refuse to fully compensate me for my loss . I had to contact the owner and threaten to alert every agency that governs them to perform properly and to do a safe and professional job . They breached an electrical room in one building and water was flowing in all night and fire alarms went off till the morning when they could be turned off and reset. two neighbors had water flowing through their electrical panels for days at a time and they refuse to compensate them , they had incompetent employees that were not aware of the goings on around them and careless employees that allowed nails , screws and sharp shards of metal to be left on the grounds and parking lot and people had tire damage because of this . Campany came to do the tear off the first day and without notice to management company or residents ripped off the roofs and threw off the tiles and debris into trucks below without caution tape , flags , spotters to watch for residents entering or exiting and this went on for hours as we were trapped in our homes .they threw hot tar off the roof onto the grass and shrubs in front of buildings and caused damage and burned the vegetation . This company claims to be safe and experts and that is far from what they demonstrated here . I made another review on Google and the president admits we called OSHA but there was no violations and that is because of the email I sent warning them I would report them and they finally had to comply and when OSHA came they did what they should have been all along .I have video and pictures of all the issues I mentioned to prove my allegations . THIS COMPANY IS DANGEROUS !!!!

Avoid this company! HOA entered in an agreement with this company and spent over $200,000 per roof (4500 sq ft). Substandard materials and shoddy workmanship at an exorbitant price. Roofs that never leaked were leaking after they finished. At the end of the job, their painters spattered my car with paint and the company rep I met with apologized, but would not do anything to remedy the damage.

When my house needs a roof, Rene and his team went above and beyond to accommodate her. In her 91 years she has never had any major maintenance repairs on a home and this was a big deal for her. She nitpicked as only a 91 year old person can do and Rene took care of everything with a smile. When my home needs a roof I will call Campany. I highly recommend them.

They were prompt and professional but we didn't actually end up using them because they could not provide the service that we needed.

Called to get an estimate. Agreed to quote. The company came out, performed the repair, and mailed me an invoice. No games with additional charges. The final bill was exactly the quote amount. Was a newer roof, but several cracked tiles, and not fastened correctly from initial construction. Was leaking through to Sheetrock
