"[Member Name Removed] - you posting this again and again doesn't change what really happened. You called us. We gave you our service call price. You were having an intermittent 'phantom' flush. We were there nearly an hour and checked everything. You even said how much you liked our tech. You paid us. We were unable to duplicate your issue and were not going to charge you for things that would fix a problem you didn't have while we were there. We advised that if the problem continued - we would recommend a total rebuild @ $300.00. Again, you know this was not just for a $7 part. We did not recommend you replace your toilet. The fact that you found a handyman to fix it after it acted up again the next day is great for you - but it does not take away the work we did while we were there. You have screamed and berated everyone you have spoke to here. You offered to remove your review if we paid you. We are not going to do that. Reviews are supposed to be to benefit consumers. This doesn't benefit anyone by telling people we are thieves or don't care. If we didn't care and were thieves - our tech would have done a $300 rebuild on top of your service call. This only hurts honest, hard-working people that do jobs no one else wants to do."
"Dear Mr. B - we appreciate your feedback. Your request was for a Spanish speaking plumber to find the source of a smell found outside your rental property that was now being found inside. We were also asked not to leave any paperwork with your renter or discuss the work with them. Our plumber arrived and was advised by your tenant that the smell was gone. Because we listen to you - our plumber did an inspection of the exterior and the interior of the home to verify there was no issue. He did find other issues. He did not leave his paperwork and called you to give you the info. He left this info on a VM for you because you were not available. We provided you with options for the few things he did find and another option if you wanted to pursue the smell. The paperwork was delayed because we were instructed not to leave it with your renters. I don't think you would have been happy had we left on the advise of your tenant - especially since you did not want us to discuss anything with them. This work was not outside our scope. We adjusted the price due to our time on the job - rather then charging the full amount of the inspection. We are sorry we caused you any frustration."

"Hi [Member Name Removed] - our records show this work was done in June 2019. The cost was 318.54. Our tech did a 'major rebuild' on your toilet which is more then 1 part.. the term you refer to is common in plumbing. A smaller job is called a 'minor rebuild'. We use only manufacturer parts. We wish you would have said something about the handle - you did call us about the price a month after your call. Our office sent you a $25.00 coupon for your next call. Our techs are good, trained and honest people. We are sorry that you did not see value in the work he did. We wish you the best and appreciate you giving us a chance to help you."

We try not to recommend expensive procedures if we think we can help with a smaller process. Our original work was the end of May and we were waiting for your decision on running the camera. We contacted you several times and thought the situation had thankfully resolved. Our goal was for you not to spend a ton of money. Unfortunately your situation got worse in July and you emailed us on Sunday when the office is not staffed. We are open for ER service on the phones. We are happy you found a service that could take care of you and that your problem is resolved."
