A friend recommended them when I needed to get repairs performed on a car that had been involved in an auto accident. She barely spoke to me, just gestured with her hands that I was to follow her, move out of her way, etc. As she was preparing the estimate, she never spoke to me, answered multiple phone calls, spoke with other people in her office, handed me the quote and turned back to her computer. Maybe only 1 out of 100 quotes actually turns into a contract for repairs, maybe she was having a bad day. She sure didn't make me feel like she wanted my business. Her estimate was much lower than any of the others, which made me think perhaps she hadn't taken the time to actually see all the damage. As a result, when it came time to award the work, I did not go with this service provider.
Description of Work: The woman who did the estimate didn't open the rear hatch, didn't look under the car, didn't take any photos.

They scare off intruders. They were great during the installation process. I have not used them much since they installed the alarms.
