They were the first ones I called when we first came down here. They told me how to repair it over the phone and it took me five minutes to fix a loose wire. They didn't charge me anything.

I have been using them for years. I'm not real happy with them, they have gotten so expensive. It was almost $400. They do come out the next day, and called me back. It's the price I'm worried about. They don't give a discount to senior citizens. I've been using them for 30 years off and on. Originally, they weren't that expensive. The time I used them before, he couldn't find anything wrong, even though it was freezing up. They still charged me $175 for the visit, I thought it was a lot of money for not finding anything. I ended up defrosting it myself. I have three units. I have the one in my house, and one in the house behind me that I own. My daughter lives in one part and I have a renter in the other part, so I have three air conditioning units. Two of them are old and they are keeping them running. They always seem to fix these little units up and keep them running. They are nice and I always use the same technician. It took close to two hours, it took an hour for the repair. I also had them put a new thermostat in, that drove the price up, it was $89 by itself.

I was more than happy with everything Bradley did for us. They were on time, on budget and couldn't have been nicer or more professional. It was a big job and the guys doing the work had to stay quite late to get everything done and they never once complained or were anything but helpful, clean and hard working. I'm thrilled and would recommend Bradley to anyone needing AC or heating work!

They seem very fair in pricing.

The technican was right on time and explained/demonstrated every aspect of what he was doCleaned the coils, cleaned the drain, flushed and rerouted the drain pipe and replaced the capacitor in our airconditioning/heating unit. Ing.

I had two units looked at. I think they are a little expensive.
