I found Continental Properties through an internet search and contacted them by email because I was interested in putting my home in Central Palm Beach County on the market. Bill James responded the next day. He impressed me with his knowledge and patience in answering my many questions. He was not pushy or hyper-"friendly", neither did he ever give the impression of being too busy. We made an appointment for him to come see the home, and he came prepared with much information about comparable sales in the area. His experience was reassuring and his professional opinion on how to prepare the property for listing was very helpful. We listed the property with Bill on April 1, 2010, had an offer on April 2, 2010 and closed on June 22, 2010. The initial offer did fall through; but, he immediately contacted parties that had previously shown interest and we had two new offers the very next day! He kept us up to date with at least weekly phone calls. He handled all the paperwork required by the HOA and was present for both the home inspection and the appraisal. He is a hard working professional who is a genuine pleasure to work with. We couldn't be happier about meeting Bill and sharing our story with Angie's List members.
