Contacted vendor to schedule services, received no response. Contacted Angie's List, they contacted vendor to get in contact, again received no response. I exchanged my voucher for a different service.

I discovered a gold Elsa Peratti Tiffany "bean" necklace and a gold initial necklace missing from my jewelry box within days after cleaning but did not want to accuse a girl who told me she was putting herself thru accounting school. I shudder to imagine the future crimes she will commit. I tore my house apart but when I noticed small electronic item in tv cabinet next to her cleaning supply bag I called to file a claim. The company however is not licensed or insured as you will see in other reviews and does not pay or take responsibility for stolen or broken items. They ignore my calls and texts and I'm sure that girl is still working for them. I also saw on groupon in several reviews that they ask in advance for voucher number and then don't show up which is another form of theft or leave early. Buyer beware this company is a scam!

Never heard from vendor. The fee I paid was refunded by Angie's List.

The house cleaning was not satisfactory. Was poorly done and in addition 2 of my feather dusters are missing that she was using. One was a rather large duster approximately 30 to 36 inches the other approx. 12 inches. They should not have been taken.

I talked to them twice , I wanted to know which day and what time they were planning on coming , they said they would call me back but never did .

they did the job as expected

The floors were ok-but the windows looked worse than they did before she "cleaned" them. She recleaned some of them with my Windex and clean paper towels. I still had to clean them again. This was supposed to save me time and back pain--alas it did not. She also broke an item that had been brought to me from Africa. When the supervisor called to apologize, all she offered was to clean my house another time for the same Angies price. No thank you.

The Service provider was on time and cleaned everything that they said they were going to clean.

At first I was a little hesitant but everything went very well. First off they were very punctual. They did everything that they said they would then some. Last, I couldn't have chosen a better clean service to get the job done. I am beyond satisfied.

With a newborn there's not much i can do but to keep myself occupied with the baby, no time for cleaning. a friend of mines recommended Big green i called immediately and Jasmin the owner put me at ease as soon as explained to her what was going on and for a fair price she came in and left my home sparkly clean now I booked her for every Friday she was heaven sent.
