plumber was good, service was excellent, repair was done fast and well, but I cannot recommend them due to ridiculously high cost for a basically simple repair. I will never employ them again.

The technicians are great, but dealing with Kim, who makes appointments and bills, was a bizarre nightmare. Frequent cancellations and multiple delays over the course of THREE Months(!) made it clear that our job was a very low priority. Worst of all, however, was when she called me on a Monday to collect on a bill that I had paid -- to her, over the phone, three days earlier. While it was concerning enough that she had no memory of the transaction and had apparently not recorded it, she then proceeded to argue stridently, talking over me and interrupting for 10 minutes, even as I told her I was looking at the processed payment on my credit card statement. When she finally checked -- after 10 minutes!!! and realized her error (apparently they record all calls) she said, oh you did pay. No expression of regret for the error or her behavior. If you value your peace of mind, stay away from this unprofessional and irresponsible business!!!

Drain Clog or Blockage Clearing
I called this company and asked them to go to the roof and clean out the drain from the roof as Roto Rooter refused to go onto the roof. I left the house at 9:15 a.m. after having paid them $375.00 for this service. When I came home the drains were still clogged and became worse as the week went on. I ended up calling another company, who again went on the roof and cleared the clog. They told me that they did not believe Call for Plumbing had gone onto the roof and cleared the drain as it was severely clogged. They also cleared the u joint in the kitchen sink which was severely clogged. Whereas Call for Plumbing did not even attempt to do anything to clear the drains. I called Call for Plumbing to attempt to get a status, and they never called me back. As a result I spent another $550.00 to finaklly get the drains working. They are working fine now and everything is draining properly.

Immediate response to my need of no hot water. Was here within an hour of my call. I will be calling them for future plumbing issues. Very reasonable in price for the service call. Being a senior and on a fixed income this is a major consideration. Kevin did a great job.

Very quick response the next morning after request. Recommended repair rather than replacement of toilet tank and gave a good price. Update: repair did not hold but tech returned right away and installed a new fixture and credited the repair to the cost of the fixture install price, also reasonable. I will make them my go-to vendor.
