+ -1 moreI have a contract with them. I have had them for a couple of years and they are excellent. The contract is about $2,000 a year. They know what I like and they do a good job. They come out every quarter. The result of their work is very good. I am happy with what they are doing for what they are charging.

+ -1 moreHe does an excellent job and is quite good at what he does. He is very accurate and he comes back immediately if we are dissatisfied. We had them for sometime initially and then let him go. We called him back because no one else could compete with him.
