They had no problems installing the gas. They should not be installing tankless hot water heaters unless they have someone trained to do so. Many installation mistakes. Salesman should adhere to verbal prices given over the phone. They should not charge me for their installation mistakes. They need to remove this from collection.
Description of Work: Written contract to install gas line for $1597.50. Salesman sold me additional water heater with installation for 1200.00. Employees that installed water heater left off pressure relief valve and gas could not be turned on, therefore no hot water. Two new employees came to correct relief valve and found water lines were hooked up backwards. Contractor paid in full In January 2007. Five months later they send additional invoice of 300.00 for plumbing charges that I did not agree to. They are trying to charge me for the labor it took to correct their installation mistakes to pass their final inspection. They turned this over to collection even though they have nothing in writing.
