salesperson was friendly informative competent and very supportive
my problem was resolved through their staff explaining what to do and how to trouble shoot if I had problems during the installth set of ignition wired (4 of them) when I got home
In the case of the windshield wipers the sales person installed them on my car.
work was performed at business location
and I performed installation of wires at my home 2ndary to their instructions.
