ARTISTIC LANDSCAPES

We have had them for three to four years. They come out every Monday. Its $60 a month. They just do the back. Usually it depends on the season.Sometimes every week, and sometimes every other week. In the summer every week, and in the winter every other week. They show up on an regular basis. They do their job.

We have had a few problems. Normally they are good about following through with what they do. They kept having someone here, and they didn't let me know they were here. I had to end up having them come back two or three times. He didn't get everything the first shot. Nobody ever knocked on the door, or let me know that they were coming, so I could tell him what parts I needed doing. I didn't want the whole thing ripped off the wall. I just wanted it trimmed up, and there is certain ways to trim it up. It can't go over to the neighbor's yard. They came back three times to get it complete the last time. I don't know why it was the problem. I guess the person they sent didn't communicate very well. That was a problem. When we have the vines cut again, I will be insisted that they contact me before they send someone again, so we can instruct them, so its an one time shot.
