Aqua Soft Water Systems is family owned & operated and has been located in Palm Beach County since 1972. We are the Authorized Independent Kinetico Dealer for Palm Beach and Broward Counties. In addition to Kinetico, we repair and service most other brands. We have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Our service technicians are factory trained in all aspects of water treatment. Our Sales Staff has over 50+ years of combined experience treating South Florida Water. Major credit cards are accepted and financing options are available. "It seems Pastor [Member Name Removed] has been uninformed about the Whole House RO System that was purchased for him by one of his parishioners. He was made aware that these types of systems require quarterly maintenance to assure the PH of the water is balanced so the plumbing inside is not compromised. We always offer a 1 year labor warranty on all systems so his statement that no more warranty service would be done makes no sense. Maintenance service is never covered under warranty. The $99.00 was for this type of service plus parts. The filters were changed and peroxide was added to the system. I wonder what type of evidence he would expect to see for a WHRO check. He makes no reference that his water is bad or smells so his water must be pristine. Customers that have outstanding bills since August should expect to be called on a regular basis for payment. This is not harassment, it's good business practice. The parishioner that actually purchased the system has been our customer for many years and he was contacted about Pastor's refusal to pay for this service and has offered to pay the bill. We have an A+ Rating with the BBB so I'm not sure how that would have helped. It is up to Pastor [Member Name Removed] to service and maintain his own system from now on. God Bless You!"

I did read the review below where someone was upset about their rebed. I have had my carbon filter rebeded a few times over the years and never once did I have an issue. Their technicians have always been professional and the few times I have had to stop in at their office the one shop man Pete has been more than helpful. I fully recommend Aqua Soft to all of my friends and family.

with carbon. After a 15 minutes wait, because only one person behind the
counter knew what the price would be, I was asked how large is my filter? I
stated I didn’t know so they actually looked at their computer records (they
installed the filter in 1997) and said and quot;Oh, you have a 3 cubic foot
filter, most are 1 or 2 cubic feet. It will be $255.00 to repack it.
They then show up two days later on time but with only 2 cubic feet of carbon
and quot;sorry most only have a 2 cubic foot filter and it just said repack on the
order I got from our front officeand quot; I will come back after
Thanksgiving.and quot;
So they came with 3 cubic feet of carbon and only after they were done said and quot;
by the way it is $385.00 for the repack, I know you were told $255 so you can
call the office and argue about it, but it is $385.00and quot;
I only use this firm because they are the filters representative in this area.
DO NOT BUY AN AQUA SOFT FIILTER OR ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS unless you want to
have these surprises.
A new filter is more than I can afford now, but as soon as I get the money, I
am removing their equipment and my association with this firm. This is the
third time they have had to make several trips for routine maintenance and each
time the price goes up.
