They contacted GE to have my refrigerator repaired and set us an appointment for Thursday morning, two days after my refrigerator broke.  I called GE to try to get an early appointment but they told me that Assurant would have to make that change.  By the time I was able to call Assurant customer service number given to me by GE they were already gone for the day.  All the food in my refrigerator and freezer has now spoiled. They finally did send someone out from GE who fixed it and they did a great job.

I have two air conditioners in one of my rentals and they are now only covering one of the two. They say they don?t cover more than one air conditioner and that now they won?t cover it all because my tenants pay for it. It?s kind of a loop hole they?ve made up and now are refusing to do this work.
