STAY AWAY!!! Owner very dishonest. He sent workers to clean and ruined the pavers at my entry. He blamed the ruined pavers on a lot of things that were blatant lies. The bottom line is that the pavers have been cleaned EVERY year for 14 years without this kind of problem and he is dishonest and a liar. STAY AWAY!

Everything is fine. They're on time. They don't screw around. They're delicate when it needs to be delicate and so forth and they've never busted anything on the roof. They're very prompt. We've used them for three years. They did a very good job. They were in and out in about two hours and there weren't any broken tiles.

I had a problem with them. Initially, the work might have been okay; but then I had a problem and their response was terrible and it still is. I cannot get them to be honest about anything and respond to my call. I was very disappointed with them. The questions that were asked really didn't fit the situation. The price was good. As far as professionalism and follow-up, it was terrible. I called and they made an appointment and then they didn't show up. Finally, after months, the fellow comes by and I said what my problem was. He painted the house, but the house was painted a few years ago. The same people cleaned my roof and whatever solution they used, all of the paint discolored. I wanted an explanation and wanted to know if there was anything that they could do. He was never coming to take a look and check. I even saw the painter, the man who painted and he said that's not right. He said that the guy should come and talk to me. Finally, after months, he came to the house a month ago and I said that was the problem. He said he never saw anything like that. He said that he would have a man come and touch it up. I haven't heard from him again. My husband keeps asking if he had called and did he come back. I just think that is terrible. The initial job was okay, but I don't think that's right. I would rather have him say that there was nothing he could do about it and it happened and he cannot fix it rather than not showing up. After months and months of trying to get him and he told me that he would correct the situation, still didn't call or show up. I would rate them terrible. He didn't call me back or gave me an explanation and whatever he said, he didn't hold true to that. I wouldn't use them again and other people wouldn't use them again.

Roof cleaning resulted in streaks on the house of a totally different color think bleach was to strong. After many calls and an appointment made they never responded to even give me some kind of explanation.

APlus Pressure Cleaning and Painting of 2329 Daphne Dr, West Palm Beach FL, left a postcard in my mailbox with a quote on the card for $235 to clean the roof and the driveway. I phoned them 2/19 and an appointment on 2/22/2013 was set. Two men arrived just 8 min after the appointed time. They presented an invoice spelling out what they would do, and said they would be about 2 hours, which it
was. I could find no missed areas and wrote them a check. I’ll be calling again in 2-3 years and recommending them to my neighbors.

They left an estimate on a postcard in our mailbox for pressure cleaning. I called to request a new estimate that included painting and I was told they would come by the next day and then call me with the estimate. I received no call. 3 days later I called again and the gentleman I spoke with did not even remember me. when I reminded him of our conversation he apologized and said he would go by the next day. again, no phone call. Not what I would call professional or reliable. I will not be using them.

They were very reliable and did a very good job. The only problem we had was a few broken roof tiles.

The work was done as described and in a timely fashion.

They left an estimate for cleaning my roof in my mailbox.
The offer included cleaning the front drive and washing the walls of my house.
When I called, the person that answered the telephone was very professional so I booked them.
The called to confirm the appointment the day before and turned up an hour early.
I was delighted with the result and think they are excellent value for money.
