The lady answering the phones is VERY RUDE. This company is very unprofessional. I would not hire them again.

I will definitely hire them again. When I called, I spoke with Jean and she was very knowledgeable on sprinkler systems. Explained what the issue could be. She said someone would be out that day if possible, or the next. I spoke with Jean the next day, and she said Tom would come by, and would call when he's on the way, which she did. Tom checked the system and found it was a simple programing issue. He ran the zones, checked the heads and replaced a couple, and reprogrammed a better schedule for the property. And explained everything so simply that I could understand, lol. I will gladly use them again.

This is a family owned business and it shows. I had a problem with my well pump not pulling enough water to feed my irrigation system and both father and son came to resolve the problem. They were extremely knowledgeable about wells and irrigation systems and were able to diagnose and fix the problem which a previous sprinkler guy was not able to do. In fact, the previous guy made the problem worse. But they were spot on with their analysis of the probem and solution. They even plugged a sprinkler line leak I had in a matter of minutes. I appreciated all the information they provided while they worked and I found them to be super professional and authentic. I would highly recommend these guys and they will be my first choice for any sprinkler/well related issues going forward!

This was the third time I used this company. The first two were for minor repairs to the sprinkler pump, which wasn't really a pump at all. Tommy was very professional and explained it to me. For the reroute of the system, Tommy was punctual and showed up on time and got right to work. He explained, in detail, what materials he was using and why. He is a good conversationalist, working while we talked. He finished the job in good time, and I was pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Angel Rain to anyone that needs irrigation work done, and I will use them again.

Contacted Angel Rain Irrigation anjd spoke with Jean. He was very cordial and promised to call me the following week as we could not make an appointment that worked fro me at the time. The following Monday he called, as promised. We agreed on a price and made an appointment for the same day. They showed up on time, looked at the problem, knew exactly what was wrong, explained what they were going to do, and proceeded to do the work. They were very professional and finished in record time. Because they only had to replace the internal part of the valve, and not the entire assembly, they reduced the price. I will hire them again and definitely recommend the company to my friends.

I thought that my pump for my home irrigation system needed to be replaced. Instead Tom explained to me that only the timer was broken, and the pump was still good. He replaced the timer and now my system is working again. I contacted their company yesterday and spoke to Jean who is the owner of the company, She was quite nice as we spoke over the phone and explained that the problem may not necessarily be the pump itself. She told me that her husband (Tom) and son (Tommy) would come over to my home the next day and they did. This is a family run business which has been operating for 30 years. You can definitely trust these folks. I plan to tell all my friends and neighbors about their fine company. Its always nice when you meet honest people ! Thank you Jean, Thank you Tom, Thank you Tommy !!!

The Team was professional and the repairs were completed as promised. I believe that the price was reasonable...and they offer a free estimate.

After a massive storm my sprinklers came on and I could not get them off. Tried everything. Called Angel Rain Irrigation, spoke with Jean, she tried to walk me through process to turn off water but I was unable to do it. She contacted her husband, Tim, to see if he could come by and help me. He was on a job but said it would be about an hour. True to his word called in an hour to let me know he was on the way. Tim and Timmy (father and son) saw the problem immediately and repaired. The response was great and the service was great. Can't go wrong with this family owned business.

I have finally found a irrigation company that is wonderful. They were so professional and quality was A+. Price was extremely reasonable and they even came on Sat. to complete the job at no extra cost. HIGHLY recommend Angel Rain, esp for people in the western communities.

They were very good, and they're incredibly kind and honest. I'm very impressed with them.

What a FABULOUS company! I called this morning to ask if there was any way someone could come out and help me with the problem of the system being stuck on only one zone. I had just figured out this problem the evening before, when I played with the switch trying to get it to cycle. All I managed to find out was that it was stuck on one zone. Not being the least mechanically inclined, I was clearly out of my league...


Other providers have voicemail answering their phone, then take a day or more to get back to you, Jean answered right away at Angel Rain, and said she thought they could come out today. She contacted Tommy, their guy out on the road, and she called me back to tell me he'd be here between noon and 1:00. Perfect!


Tommy called a little after noon to say he was on his way. When he arrived, he got right to work and found the problem, a couple of aged, decrepit parts. He replaced them, showing ours and a new one side-but-side for comparison. Ours was corroded, shrunken, and rock-hard. The material is supposed to be flexible, and fill out the chamber to the edges, which ours clearly did not.


He tested everything out thoroughly by indexing through the system 3 or 4 times. The last time, he checked each of the sprinkler heads, and found 5 that were clogged with dirt. He cleaned them all and made sure they were working. Above and beyond.


I have to second the reviewer who said that talking to Tommy was like chatting with a neighbor. He was SO helpful and friendly, as well as knowledgeable, and incomparably upbeat, despite the sticky heat. Before he was done, the sky opened up and he was getting soaked. Still, it never dampened his cheerfulness. He told me, among other things, that he is the owner's son, and his dad had learned the ins and outs of sprinkler systems from his dad. Three generations doing this, so this is no fly-by-night operation. A generational family business is not exactly commonplace anymore.


These guys deserve an unfettered A+. It's so rare now days to find a company that knows what they're doing, arrives promptly when promised, can diagnose and effectively communicate the problem, then fix it fast AND reasonably. It's an added bonus that the guy who is helping you is just so darned nice and kind. What a phenomenal experience. Wish they were all like this. As I told Tommy, "We have a new sprinkler guy!" I have no doubts that if you give them a try, you will be singing that same tune. OUTSTANDING!!

It takes a lot to get me to write a review?service has to be really bad or really good.  This one is in the really good category.  Operator/dispatcher (Jean??) returned my call promptly.Crew (Tommy) came out 48 hours later and fixed the primary problem and diagnosed another couple of issues with poor performing or broken heads. He reset my timer to my specs and fully tested all zones. Awesome.
What I liked was Tommy called me and communicated very well (talking and listening) what actions he would do and promptly did them. 
What I really, really liked was Tommy was very courteous and very pleasant to talk to...  like a neighborhood friend. Some service people act like I am bothering them?they hate their job, etc. Tommy was very different, he was glad to help, and glad to explain what he did and why. It was a simple job, relatively small, but he treated me, the customer, with utmost respect.
I used Angel years ago for a much larger job and they were great then too. I will use them every time for irrigation/sprinkler repair!

Sprinkler pump would not prime.  Tom came out same day and was very nice and performed the work as expected. Price was more than fair for the work performed. I would refer Angel Rain to friends and family.

They did a very good job and they very much understood what I needed. Easy fix.

I had a sprinkler that was hitting my front door. Called for an adjustment. They ran all the heads and adjusted this and others they found needed attention.
