 + -1 moreExcellent experience! My two garage door openers needed to be replaced after 26 years. I've used this company in the past and had great experiences with them so I didn't hesitate to call for them to install new motors for both doors. John arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do and got to work replacing the motor, installing new chains & support bars and testing the systems. He patiently explained the operating system and how it's different from my prior opener, as well as other options. I love dealing with professional, competent and pleasant people!

 + -1 moreOur double size door malfunctioned, pulley wires came off the pulleys and the door was nearly jammed. Wasn't sure if a spring broke or another issue. Called for service and they came the next day. The technician, Eddie, looked things over and in short order knew it just needed a readjustment and retightening. Within an hour he had it working even better than it ran before it stopped working. No parts required, no trying to oversell, he came to fix the issue and did a great job. I was ready to pay for replacement parts - but nothing was needed. This is the second time I have had them out and both times they were great to work with and very reasonable. $85 for a service call and to fix the issue - is excellent today.

Description of Work: They did an excellent job. They installed a new hurricane-rated door, a new motor and remote keypad. The garage door installer (Jeff) was superb - very professional, efficient and personable. He explained every step in the installation process and how to program and operate the garage door. He could not have been better. Their salesman was also excellent and very informative. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the quality of the door, its cost, the installation and the company and its people.

Description of Work: Our tension spring/coil broke and they replaced it. The tech was very professional. He worked fast and efficiently. |I was charged exactly what I was told. |I would have given them all A's but they were not able to make it during the window of time that they promised, but not much later. |We would highly recommend them and use them again should we need to.
