Excellent experience! My two garage door openers needed to be replaced after 26 years. I've used this company in the past and had great experiences with them so I didn't hesitate to call for them to install new motors for both doors. John arrived promptly, explained what he was going to do and got to work replacing the motor, installing new chains & support bars and testing the systems. He patiently explained the operating system and how it's different from my prior opener, as well as other options. I love dealing with professional, competent and pleasant people!

Our double size door malfunctioned, pulley wires came off the pulleys and the door was nearly jammed. Wasn't sure if a spring broke or another issue. Called for service and they came the next day. The technician, Eddie, looked things over and in short order knew it just needed a readjustment and retightening. Within an hour he had it working even better than it ran before it stopped working. No parts required, no trying to oversell, he came to fix the issue and did a great job. I was ready to pay for replacement parts - but nothing was needed. This is the second time I have had them out and both times they were great to work with and very reasonable. $85 for a service call and to fix the issue - is excellent today.
