Altec Roofing

Best company to use for difficult job.  Mine included working with a gutter company to move gutters first, then Altec was able to come in and replace rotted fascia.

If I could give this company an A ++ rating I would. Reroofing a home is a very big, messy job. However, we could not be happier with the way this job was done. Altec Roofing knows how to make a big, messy job seem effortless. They were always on time and their employees were very professional. Safety was a major priority, which put us at ease when you have a crew on your roof top. Altec had one crew tearing the roof off and another crew, on the ground, cleaning up. All debris was removed daily. NO DUMPSTER, in the driveway. One day, my husband, had a small question about the reroof. His call was returned within five minutes and the supervisor arrived , at our home within the hour, to do an inspection. Altec also permitted for a porta-potty, so once the crew arrived they worked the entire day. If we have to do a reroof in the future we would definitely hire Altec again. They're a very reliable company.

Everything was done over the phone, then they sent a bill in the mail after the work was done. Very pleasant and easy to work with.

Our roof needed to be cleaned and we chrecked out a lot of cleaning services, but they all used a Clorox-type cleaning agent.My hustand is very sensitive to the smell of Clorox and it's by-products, so I was looking for an alternativer. Keep in mind that the local contractors that drive up in a pick-up truck with a water tank in the back and use Clorox will charge about $250 to clean a roof of our size.
We have had Altec repare a leak on our roof a couple of years ago and can't say enough good things about the company, satff, work quality and ethics. After becoming very discouraged in my local search for a roof cleaner, I decided to contact Altec again. WOW!!!! they use a Green product that won't kill grass, plants, trees, flowers etc. No order either...... They use a cleaning method that doesn't use direct pressure on our tiles and dores a awsome job. Our roof looks like it was just installed as new.
Any roof cleaning is messy, but Altec cleans up after ittself. That's a definite PLUS

What a great company to do business with. Mr. Lupe Serrano was very professional. He took pictures of our roofing problem, investigated the potential cause(s), discussed a repair plan and submitted a quote. His quote was VERY fair and was more than competitive. His workers are very prompt, get the work done and then clean up after themselves. I would definitely recommend Altec Roofing for any future repair or maintenance needs.
