Had a system installed at shop property. I was told that it was a month-to-month because of the time that we planned to be at this property. It was not a month-to-month but an annual commitment that I signed ( my fault for not reading and believing what I was told). I did move before the contract ended. I called to see if the contract could be canceled and was told I could not cancel until the contract term had ended. I did request to have it canceled at the term end and was assured that it would be. It was not canceled and was automatically renewed for another term without any notice given. I called again and was able to get the contract canceled but was told that since the system is active that I cannot get a refund for any time I was not at the property, after a year and a half of nothing to monitor. I was told that I would get a return call from management several times and ....crickets!! I would absolutely NOT recommend this company and warn anyone considering using them.
