Contractor came, explained what he would do and said he would send a bid the next day, he had a very positive presence and gave a list of references with a copy of his license. The bid arrived the next week only after an email from me to him. I called the day before the doors were to be delivered to learn the doors would not arrive until two days later, leaving only 2 regular workdays and Saturday that I was preparing for a trip to finish them. The work was postponed when we were unable to discuss payment due to his inconsistent time line. After a day of negotiation it was agreed he would arrive a week later, again I arranged my schedule to be at home. He put me off another day. Finally, he arrived the next day and said he and the carpenter would work quickly to get the job done. The carpenter was excellent and exacting in his work, the contractor disappeared much of the day. Work took hours longer then promised as the contractor was off the site more then on to work inspite of promise
Description of Work: Replacement with 4 impact resistant full view doors slabs. Door jambs were not disturbed. Original hinges were used and new levers and locks were used.
