It is funny how when the lady at service asks you if you were 100% satisfied with your service and then you say no not at all, I am actually never coming back here again because of it, she does not ask why or anything she just makes sure she does not hand you a survey paper slip but what is funny is how I can get on here and still write my review. So here it goes. First of all, I bought my truck brand new, always turn it it for recalls, oil changes, and anything covered under warranty issues to be fixed. Well, for the second time I had to turn my truck in for loose break light covers on both tailgate lights. First time I turned it in, they said no problem, one is loose and the other one actually has a broken clip, so they replaced it. Second time, both break light covers are loose again but this time they said that I broke them that I went somehow into my break light and over tightened them and also that the top third break light that is on top of my truck on a roll bar is why my two side break lights were broken and it would $100 to fix each one so a total of $200. Second of all, how in the world would a third top of truck break light have anything to do with my two side break lights? Third of all, the ford service crew were the last people to ever put their hands on my break lights, so they are the ones who over tightened the lights which caused them to break and need to be replaced as it was still under warranty. There is only 15,000 miles on my truck and I have had it since December 17th 2017. They claimed that also a tailgate light bar on the bottom of the tailgate is also the reason why the side break light covers are loose, well I informed them that the light bar is currently unattached to any wires and it has been like that for over a year now and of course that would have nothing to do with my break light covers. It is just sickening to think that they can take advantage of me as a female, put words in my mouth, assume things that I somehow did, which I have no clue how to even open those light covers and also how they ended up fixing for free anyways. They never called me or spoke to me in person to apologize to me or anything. The people involved here are Rick Solomon and Steve Thomas the Service Manager and also the lady at the service desk that hands you your keys. This service is unacceptable because if I did not fight for what was right I would have been out of $200 for a mistake that the ford service crew made on my brand new truck. Steve and Rick both told me that someone needs to pay for broke items and ford will not send us a refund for it, well first of all, your ford service crew is what caused the parts to break and second of all, I paid over $41,000 for this truck, I am pretty sure I gave you guys enough money to afford to fix my light covers that you originally broke. This is absolutely a scam, I will never be back to this dealership for anything (and that is a shame because I love F-150's so much that I would have definitely bought another one from you guys but not anymore). I will also make sure that anyone I come across that ask me about my truck I will make sure I inform them about where not to buy one or get service and that is at Al Packer West. I am disgusted by how I was treated when also all of the service and sales guys know how much I take care of my truck, why in the world would I deliberately break my light covers?

For a walk-in problem on a Saturday afternoon, it was handled immediately while I waited. An onboard computer problem occurred, so two other staff tried to detect the problem. What they found after an hour was that the old data was not being deleted normally to allow the new information to be entered. They kept me updated as they tried different solutions, and finally, it was done. Throughout, Gary, a service manager, tried his own ideas to leave no stone unturned. The cost was about what an automobile locksmith would have charged, and was not increased because of the extra time it took!

They're fine. They do a good job. They seem professional. I would not use them again because I found another car maintenance place that's less expensive and closer to home.

Very impressed with this dealership.

We got a fair price on our trade in.

Our salesman, Michael S, was very patient and let us test drive the cars we were considering, even letting us test drive the car we leased twice.  He was very knowledgeable and professional.

He got us a car we wanted at an amazing price.  Everyone in the dealership was friendly and not pushy.

The one complaint was that it took a very long time.  But when you consider the deal they got us, it was well worth the wait.

Don't let the price scare you. We have an f250 diesel truck. They are very thorough when doing service on your vehicle. Will always call before doing any work that they feels needs to be done. Truck is always ready when they say it will be.

I recently bought a 2013 Ford Fusion from Al Packer and had a follow up oil change. The car buying process was a cinch. I was in and out in less than 60 minutes, they had exactly what I wanted...gave me what I needed for my trade in and gave me a great deal on the incentive. The oil change was amazing. I dropped it off and got a phone call back when it was ready to pick up!

They've always taken good care of our Ford. When they are done, they send out this paper that shows everything they've done and checked. It is informative and tells us what we need to do with the car. We need new tires and we will do that in the near future. It helps us plan what we need for the car. Like most dealerships, I think it is a little pricey.

Jerry and I go to the same church so I felt comfortable going to him when we needed another car. He does not disappoint. The prices were quite fair (based on my Internet research) and his personal attention to our needs was very good. We are very happy and definitely repeat customers.

I would hire them again in a heartbeat. I've used several of their dealers over the years. I've had better response from Al Packer Ford than any other Ford dealership.
