Trees were delivered and installed promptly and satisfactorily but existing palm has never been moved due to 'equipment problems'. Numerous unanswered calls to their voicemail and on-site visits have resulted in undelivered promises, prevarication and no work done to relocate tree. Have asked for partial refund or trees instead of service and received NOTHING- no phone call back, no attempt to work with me on this issue. AJM Nursery personnel are totally unprofessional, and at best, are incompetent business managers.
