Description of Work: I paid for 50% of 2 fountains with installation and numerous trees. Alfredo the owner and his crew did an inferior installing. The concrete slab on our front fountain was not poured level and the fountain does not work properly. The rear fountain has never worked right. The trees they planted all died. My calls went unanswered until I called visa and reversed the charges. They came once to make adjustments to the fountain and made it WORSE! AJM IS A REAL RIP OFF COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH!

 + 0 moreTrees were delivered and installed promptly and satisfactorily but existing palm has never been moved due to 'equipment problems'. Numerous unanswered calls to their voicemail and on-site visits have resulted in undelivered promises, prevarication and no work done to relocate tree. Have asked for partial refund or trees instead of service and received NOTHING- no phone call back, no attempt to work with me on this issue. AJM Nursery personnel are totally unprofessional, and at best, are incompetent business managers.
Description of Work: On September 24, I purchased three small palm trees for delivery and installation. Also hired AJM to relocate an existing palm tree and PRE-PAID for all goods and services.
