Excellent: The office staff spent time with me on the phone to explain the service and listen to my concerns with the A/C unit at my home. Cory was right on time. He gave me an evaluation of the unit and did the PM. He also spent a lot of his time to teach me how to correctly set the thermostat. The charge was exactly as agreed. I work for a management company with two buildings. Air Repair does all the work for the buildings and has a great reputation for getting the job done in a timely and cost effective manner.
