He was just so nice and so charming. He told me I had one of the best AC and water heaters. He said ill check it and have a tech come check it. He did exactly what he said. I called them at 7am and they said they would have someone come out in an hour. And in one hour he came out and he is the same guy I have all the time. He is so polite and kind, he is like the son you would want to have. He checked and he checked the furnace and outside. He was here almost 2 hours checking every thing. And then he said I think I know whats wrong, I think its in the wiring and it does not happen often and this is the first one I have seen. I do not have one but I will go and be back to fix it and I have your air working for now. I feel very secure that if something happens they will come out and not leave me in the cold or hot. They are very good.

Everything was done quickly. My 85 degree house was cool again.
