Communication error between company and customer. Crew sent out today to start the job, no bone sample was provided. Customer unable to decide between custom color or bone sample which sample was never provided. The last customer contacted company by their own admission set bone sample or custom color would be provided.

"We don’t go out showing color samples, we make appointments to do the work , show you colors,we match them or custom the colors, to your understanding we where going to only show you colors and then make another appointment to do the work when I personally told you we will be there to do the work and how long it will take and how long needs to dry."

We are very pleased with the work! He answered all of my questions quickly for me as I was not familiar with this process. Arrived right on time and took great care to cover my possessions before starting the process and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The tub and tile look brand new. Super pleased with this company and definitely would recommend for your projects.

I was under the impression that they will fist come to discuss the project, answer my questions and educate me about the process. However, they came with all the equipment ready to do the job. It caught me by surprise. I feel it could go better, if the owner was more responsive to customer questions and requests. I had a feeling that he just wanted to get done quickly and did not want to spend any time explaining or discussing the project with me. I had to bring them back to put another coat of paint since the first one looked very thin. As far as the quality of work, it is too soon to tell. We need more time to see if the finish holds and new cracks do not show.

"Thank you for your review. We are a little surprised to read what you’re explaining. When you called our company, I explained what our job entails with details. You proceeded to schedule an appointment 2-3 weeks out to do the job. We even discussed your quote, and you agreed to the job and price. Over the phone we discussed the process and even the time it takes for our finish to cure. We never spoke about making an appointment to discuss all details again, nor to just look at the tub. We did receive a call from you after the job was completed stating you felt the finish was too applied too thinly. We went back to your home, and although we didn’t see any issues with our work, we still added another coat just so you would be satisfied. Between primer and finish there were already 5 coats on your fiberglass tub. Now there is six. We have a big number of clients in your same community and they are all very happy with the quality of our work and with time I’m hoping you will be too."

Alex and company showed up early. Did great work. I've had other companies reglaze bathtubs in our apts and never looked as good as Alex's work. Would definitely recommend his company and would use them again!

They were contacted on Friday evening got quote and scheduled work to start Monday 12 to 1 arrived a half hour early .Very professional in protecting all existing areas while work was being done. Job was completed in a timely manner. I will refer them to others and would hire again

I was so lucky to find this company. I was strung along by another company for weeks and was running out of time. I was matched with Advance Refinishing and they were amazing. They came out two days after I called and the even worked over a holiday to help me. They were extremely professional and took their time with prep and cleaning. The father and son team have been doing this for years and it shows. They completed both my areas in about 4.5 hours (but my place is small). They made my kitchen and my bathroom look brand new!
