Did diagnostics and realized 14 yo refrigerator had a Freon leak. Was not worth repairing. Paid for the very reasonable service call charge. He was a very nice gentleman and would definitely hire again.

They were able to respond to my email and get to my house in a matter of hours. They had the part they needed with them and quickly took care of the problem (bad relay). The service was friendly, prompt and professional. Would definitely hire again.

Our 12 year old refrigerator wasn't staying cold. Ron  came out, said the damper was bad and replaced it for $225. The next day the refrigerator was still warm. We called him back and he replaced a sensor. He said if that didn't work he would refund the money. It didn't work and we had to get a new refrigerator. We promptly got the refund check. I would recommend Accent Appliance.
