Gave us the run around for weeks. Never actually came to do the job. Made up excuses and lies as to why they couldn't come. First it was rain and when rain stopped they stopped communicating with us completely. Terrible customer service.

First it was rain and when rain stopped they stopped communicating with us completely. Terrible customer service. You can't actually ever talk to Scott. You only ever talk to his "assistant" Melissa, if she responds.

The last day of the project I was told by Scottt the owner of the business the work was completed so I paid on full. I was told that if there were touch ups or corrections needed to the work that they would return. The doors were not painted and several large patches of painting needed to be finished in addition to the edges around many of the wall plates. They came bavknout on Saturday but couldn't work because it was the afternoon and He would need a full day to complete the work. Scott said he'd be back on Tuesday. He never showed up that Tuesday snd never called. Would not respond to calls, texts, or emails until I threatened to place negative reviews. He refused to come back to finish the work and said the only way he'll come out is if I paid him additional money. I had to hire another paint service to finish the work he started and for which he was already paid. Needless to say I would never use their service or recommend them to anyone. .

Told the man I thought he needed 2 coats, and he said 1 coat would do.  The concrete that he is painted is showing through.  The paint is wearing away.  They won't talk to me, I have tried calling and they won't answer my calls.

He did the one coat and a few months went by and the coating started coming up.  I have called him several times and he was supposed to come by and look at the job and he never showed up.
