"Unfortunately, the customer attempted not to pay for the work provided, so we had to call law enforcement. The client was making racial slurs as well. He first said he would mail a check that is recorded and documented. When told we do not accept mailed checks since our work was completed and we needed to be paid on site, He later admitted he had no intention of paying. He started throwing my workers' tools outside his home. He is now trying to tarnish our reputation by leaving a bad review.
