A Baby's Choice

Had a guest coming and rented a bed. When I called I mentioned that on their web site there was a special of free sheets with the pick up. The man said I must be not be their web site. I let it go. The bed arrived on time with the sheets and blanket. I was to have the bed nights. When the pick up day arrived they left me a voicemail saying they didn't have a truck coming my way that day and call them to arrange a new pick up time. I didn't have a phone number so I got back on the internet and found the web site again. I called and it was them. I mentioned that the web site I got their number from still had the free sheet offer. The guy told me that it had to be mentioned at the time of rental. They got me...out right lie when I called the first time. Then when I was going to pay and put it on my credit card the guy gave me excuses why he preferred checks. Basically he said he had to pay a fee to the credit card company but sometimes the charge didn't go through and they had to cancel delivery. Bed worked fine. Linen was delivered and it was clean. Just didn't like the lies...
