Daryl was extremely professional and courteous. He fully explained the mold tests he did, gave us an immediate informal assessment (that there probably wasn't any mold inside the wall), followed up with a complete written report a few days later, and responded immediately to a follow-up email question. We were very pleased with his work and relieved that we don't have to worry about a mold build-up inside the wall. An added bonus was that we had a very informative chat with Daryl about types of mold and recommended humidity levels to prevent mold build-up. He is accredited by the state of Florida. He tells you what you have, what you don't have and doesn't try to sell you anything. He was excellent and I would highly recommend him. He uses infrared cameras and brings various pieces of testing equipment. He sends his finding to a laboratory and they mail you the results within a few days.
