A + Carpet Care

We were able to schedule an appointment with Scott on a day and time convenient for us.  He arrived on time, took a tour of the house and what we needed, gave us a great quote, and got to work.  He was knowledgeable about the different types of carpet materials and how to properly clean them.  He worked quietly and diligently - a very easygoing guy.  When he was done, he let me know that it should take about 2-3 hours to fully dry so I knew what to expect.  The rugs and furniture look great - no more spots or cat hair.  He did a great job.

Our sofa and love chair were filthy from our dogs hopping on and off them. I called Scott and he was able to schedule an appointment immediately. He was punctual, respectful and thorough. Our filthy sofas are now good as new! This company is A+, literally. He offered to get me Dunkin Donuts before he got there and followed up with me to see how everything looked the next day. I will 1000% call him back if and when we need it!!!

Everything went great. Scott originally was called to clean two couches. He even let me know he was on his way before the appointment time. After seeing his work ethic I asked how much to do the dining room chairs since he was already here. He gave me a great price and everything turned out great.  I would use him again.

Great. Scott did a great job. I could not have been happier.

We have a newly-constructed home in which we have lived less than 4 months, but, we needed to get the spots removed in this carpet and $80 was the MINIMUM SERVICE CALL FEE to provide service. While this seemed to be a lot to pay for cleaning only part of the carpet in one small room, the service representative *DID* get the spots out and the carpet looks GREAT!

Scott gave an excellent service and the carpet is like new. He was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this contractor.

Scott arrived on time, did an excellent job on all services he provided. He was very detailed and took his time and everything turned out perfect. I was very pleased with Scott's customer service he was very friendly and deoderized entire house free of charge.

Took about 2 hours and Scott even thru in a 5 x 6 rug at no extra cost.  We have pets and he waited for us to round them up so they could stay in another room (cats) and he made sure our dog didn't escape out the front door.  Our first Angie list experience and it went very well.

They did an excellent job. I spent about $200. He was very conscientious about customer service and he went out of his way to provide the best service that he could.

Scoot did a fantastic job. He is extremely professional,courteous and very trustworthy. I had to run out to an emergency des appt leaving him at the house by himself. I really appreciated that he was fine with that. He does very neat and clean work. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends. Any future work I will be calling on him again.

Scott arrived on time. he gave me a great price to clean the sofa and chair. He made sure that the furniture was cleaned before he left. he did a great job on 2 very dirty pieces of furniture. I was very pleased . I will call him anytime I have something else needed for his expert attention.

He did a fabulous job. He was on time, professional, and did just a great job all around. I wouldn't have been able to find him without Angie's list.

The price was about what I expected. He did it all for $170.00. He also did upholstery cleaning and it was for $85.00 and that was another hour and a half job. When we got done, the carpets looked good. He did them outside because I couldn't have the doors opened because of the cat. He took everything outside. He went through that extra trouble. What I loved about him, aside from the fact that the work was good and the prices were reasonable, is while we were putting down the 5 by 7 in the family room, my dog walks on to the rug and started to pee on it and so he volunteered to take the rug back out, unpack the equipment from the truck and redid the rug so then it was all nice and clean. He's wonderful. That was kindness. That was not just being a good businessman but that was business kindness and I really appreciated it. I'd give them an A all the way across the board.

This is the 2nd time that Scott has cleaned for us. He did a great job, just like the first time. His prices are more than fair and there are no hidden charges like with other carpet cleaners. Will be using him for all future cleaning jobs.

Scott arrived on time and quoted me a very reasonable price. As it turned out he was able to do the cleaning the same day. I am happy to report that my expectations were surpassed. The carpets look like new and the sofas look renewed. Scott receives A+ for all categories: punctuality, friendliness, professionalism, quality of service, price, clean up. I have not one negative thing to say about this experience. I highly recommend A+ Carpet Care.

Scott arrived right on time and did an excellent job. He was very professional and conscientious and the furniture looked great!  Took his time to remove stains and kept the area clean and tidy during and after the work was completed.  We would definitely use this company again!

Scott called before he arrived to ask me if I'd like for him to bring a
donut, as he was planning to stop at Dunkin Donuts on the way over to my
house.  He did bring me a donut and arrived exactly on time.  He was
friendly, but professional.  He cleaned several rooms and staircase for
much less than Coit had charged me in the past.  I'm very pleased with
this company and have already referred several friends.

I called Scott yesterday about cleaning a chair in our home. He was here this morning and did a great job on the chair. I asked for a quote to do the traffic areas in three bedrooms, his quote was great when I asked when he could come back - he said I can do it for you right now. The carpets look great. Scott is very professional and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely use their services again.

Finding this company was worth the price of (Angie's) admission. I bought a very dirty condo. I wanted to try and clean the filthy carpet. A+ could have taken my money, with a warning that it might not be perfect, but he demonstrated true integrity by telling me it wouldn't come clean; I should replace it. My kitchen floor is very textured tile and had years of grime. I was only getting one square done on a good day,scrubbing, and nowhere with the grout. A+ brought in a magic machine and did the whole house: he even got old paint off the bathroom floor grout. He was polite, cheerful and friendly; he was even nice to my neighbors. He cleaned up after himself as he went so there was never a big mess. And he called the next day to make sure the floor dried well.

Overall - excellent!
