Had an experience that was not very customer service friendly. Ordered 11 prehung doors and 7 of them came damaged. After agreeing to replace them when they came back out 3 frames were damaged again. After waiting over a week for them when I went to pick them up all that was there was the wood for the frame unassembled. When you pay for prehung doors the expectation is that they will be preying. When asked what they could do about it they said it would take 4 weeks to have them prepared. Since we are in the middle of a build that was not an option and we had to take them unassembled and assemble ourselves. Thru all of this not once were we called to communicate to us what was happening with our order or delivery. We needed to track them down each time. Josh was not very helpful after he sold us the job.
