I ordered deep cleaning. As far as I'm concerned they didn't deep clean. It seemed like the came in a did a regular cleaning. I have plantation shutters, you think they would have opened the shutters to clean the window sills. you think they would have scrubbed the dirty tile floors instead of just mopping them. When It came time to paying them, they didn't want to take a check. They never told me that they don't accept checks. They wanted Zelle. I don't use Zelle. I had to call the owner and beg her to take a check. I didn't have the cash on me. It was $350. Didn't get my money's worth.

We don't use Angi's platform, so we weren't aware of what happened in time to apply our quality policy, which includes returning to the house to ensure customer satisfaction. With regard to payment methods, we believe that there was a lack of information between service request platforms, as the payment terms are available on the platform where the service was requested.
