This company is ran like a 1940's business. From the phone call when set up the appointment to have them arriving on time to The service call . The professionalism of the work. I've been using this company for 11 years and they do not try to sell you something you do not need. Customer service is number one with this company. They treat every call like it's their own house. They installed a inside and outside AC unit in my house because that's what I wanted. Because my unit was getting older. I could tell you they did an excellent job. I didn't even know that they were there for the installation they were very quiet and efficient. They went above and beyond that any other air condition company could even think of. They are a trustworthy company and I would recommend this company to everybody. When they did the installation in my house my neighbors cannot believe the extent of professionalism and how much they really care are you as a person and how fast they got the job done. My neighbors have also called them since my install for their house they have nothing but wonderful things to say about this company. I am customer for life. Also my neighbors are customers for life also. There are not many businesses around like this anymore. Other businesses just treat you like a number not like a person.

WOW, this company is the BEST! My A/C died as was predicted last year. I looked on the web for companies that had excellent ratings and comments from customers of which Quality Air was 1 of 3 I called to give me a quote. Samantha came out measured and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot. She was very knowledgeable and explained in detail all that was needed and what Quality Comfort does for their customers (No weekend or OT rates, a portable A/C unit to use free, etc). Quality Air actually had the best price and and included extras that other companies wanted to charge for. As soon as I gave her the go ahead, she was submitting permits and ordering the parts. This all happened asap and the installation occurred on the date and time planned. They installed a temporary portable A/C unit free of charge to use until the A/C was installed. 3 men installed everything, inside and out, in less than 6 hours, cleaned up everything including vacuuming. While installing the inside air handler, they discovered that the area behind the air filter was open to my above neighbor. Turns out my A/C unit was pulling hot air from the upstairs condo all of these years and we were paying for it. Our old company that my parents had used for many years NEVER noticed that. All of the men were very courteous and professional. I am so glad that I went with Quality Air!

I had some issues in my air handler space with mold which was professionally removed, so I wanted to have a u.v. light installed to keep area free of problems. The owner Sol and his technician Jim Jones installed a Second Wind model. 2414-S. I mentioned that another a/c company said my Freon was low and would need Freon in the fall (to call them). Without asking he checked it. It didn't need Freon. My neighbor uses them also. Seem to be very honest and fair.

Jim Jones arrived and reminded me he had been to our home before - and I remembered him :)

He listened to my description of issue and got his tools.

Jim examined the system and determined the blower motor was bad. Commented that in previous motor designs likely failed component was external to the motor and could have been replaced separately.

Jim noted motor was likely still under warrantee.

He confirmed this and found that it was in stock at nearby supply site.

Replacement motor was acquired and installed.

Jim assessed current charge level in system, explained billing items departed for this next assignment.

Job well done.

Everything work perfectly

They took extra effort to ensure system was operating properly since they saw a pressure anomoly at one point.
Technician suggested
- self-maintenance tasks for me to accomplish
- adding enclosure to outdoor units to mitigate exposure to irrigation water
- removing rust/corrosion and recoating affected outdoor unit surfaces to slow further deterioration
Very pleased with this company from start to finish including office staff.

Very responsive, on time and thorough. The technition diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repair. I have used them twice on my 10 year old Bryant system and they keep it running for me. I thoroughly recommend them and they will be on my short list when it is time to replace the unit.

Sol has always come out promptly when I needed work done on my heating and cooling systems. A couple of times (with the duct work and with the a/c unit replacement), permits and inspection were required by the city of Melbourne. He has always promptly gotten the proper paperwork filed, and the inspectors who checked his work were impressed with the quality of what he had done. I never had to call him out to fix a thing that they inspected. He also alerted us to a potential safety hazard with our electrical wiring when he replaced our a/c unit a couple years ago. It was kind of a miracle that we had not had a fire due to the amateur work someone else had done for the previous owners. We were able to get a competent electrician out to fix the problem thanks to his warning. We have trusted him with the maintenance work on our a/c since we have moved in here, and he has kept it running strong.
