PRICE TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

Meeting went well, decided to not to use service due to condition of lawn. Called back within 24 hours and emailed Angel to let him know. No answer, no response and Price Termite cashed my check w/o a single tech coming out to house...

Fantastic. It took a few days, but working with ON Point, Mike Mackert and Price, got it done.

I have been a loyal customer of theirs for 20 years. They raised their prices $54.00/year for yearly termite control. Now $179.00. They sent me a renewal bill to be paid by 8-10-20. I didn't call their office to make an appointment for my yearly treatment, usually they would just come out to the house and knock on the door. They never called, never wondered where their 20 year old customer went. Even if I would reconsider, I would never call them again. They now lost a loyal customer for life. This is not how to treat a loyal customer. I think it was pretty crappy to not even acknowledge us, maybe a phone call saying; we were wondering if you forgot to pay the bill, etc. no, nothing.

The company and its technicians are fantastic. Before we hired Price, the had a company that provides the in wall pest control - we built our house. But after numerous pest control issues we called Price. We had the services from 2009 to 2015 and they were always outstanding. As a result, that is why we called them back. Once the started treating our home, the pest issues went away.

Great. Arrived for inspection as promised, came back for a check before scheduling tenting, everything on schedule and as promised

They keep the bugs out of my house. They do mostly exterior. If something comes inside they will come in but nothing has come in in several years.

Price always arrives on time and will even send me a reminder text when they will be there so I am never surprised. They have excellent customer service and I have recommended them to several people who are also happy with them.

Price Pest Control has always been very punctual and responsive when we have called them for information and extermination at residential houses in Florida. They have always been very professional and pleasant to talk to, which is a big plus in an industry that may not be the most glamorous. Our company would recommend Price Termite & Pest Control to anyone in the Florida area who is having a pest problem, or needs some advice on how to handle such issues!

We had some kind of bug infestation apparent in one of the bedrooms.  Didn't know what it was. John White came out told us right away it was termites.  He was very thorough in his inspection and gave some helpful hints about ways to decrease the likely hood of termites coming back after treatment.  He was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done.  We also took a contract for regular pest control and they were able to fit us in there schedule as I was only going to be there for the week.  Technician was on time and extremely professional and thorough.

They are always good to work with. I just did the annual termite renewal this past month. They come yearly for termite control. I felt really good about them, really personable, and they spent extra time to go to my pool and sweep down all the spiders after spraying and killing them and that's an added bonus.

I have used Price for two different properties. My new home, I have them out every other month for outside/inside treatment to assure that I am pest free. They always call in advance to schedule a time for arrival and they always arrive when they say they will. My home is pest free. The second property is an old family home that had significant pest issues (e.g. rats, mice, and assorted insects).

I hired Price to tackle the problem. They assisted the home owner in blocking all points of entry for the rat issue and trapped and/or killed all rats in the home (including the attic). They visited the home on many occasions (daily/weekly) as was necessary to get the situation under control. We have been absolutely satisfied with the results as the old home is now pest free and we can go on a maintenance program.

My lawn is awesome! My neighbor just made a comment that I am going to have to stop feeding my lawn. Ha ha. It has never been so green. The weeds are gone and man I had tons. I am shocked at how fast it turned around. I have used other companies in the past and there is no way they can compare to Price. While using another company, I had a major earwig problem inside. Since i switched to Price 2011 I have not seen one! My mother found that she has a whitefly issue and I recommended Price. They were at her door the same day she called.

We just moved into an older home recently, and we have a basement and a crawl base. It is not your typical house. It is infested with rats. So, we hired them to get rid of the rats and also handle any holes like on the roof or in the basement and around the house to make sure that the rats do not come back. They did a shoddy job with the holes. They made the house look ugly instead of a beautiful home. The holes were not properly secured so rats could still get in. We had to trap majority of the rats ourselves. They wanted to charge $1,200 or $1,400, and we paid half of it which was like $625. They said they would not come back out until they get the other half. We took pictures of everything, all the shoddy work, and told them to correct the problems then we will pay them the rest of the money we owe, but they never corrected it. The security screens, like the brick on the surface of our house, they did not secure them very well, and the way they did it just made it look ugly. It is hard to explain, but you have to put the screens up so the rats do not get in, and they did not secure them well. The one that they did sure did not look very nice. We just got ripped-off.

They are very professional, reasonably priced and always prompt to arrive and return my calls. I would recommend them.

I started using Price for the pest control initially. Their service was prompt and professional. I then used their soil treatment service as needed. After 2 years of professional service and without and problems, I am now using their lawn and shrub service.
