HPW Windows & Doors

I am a repeat customer. Todd and HPW installed hurricane windows and now a hurricane door. Because they are so good and in such demand, I had to plan my schedule accordingly. The installation is perfect and the inspector said it was going no where in a hurricane. I am thrilled with the quality of the door and will use Todd again.

They were on time and responsive to all my questions and calls coming to my house to go over everything multiple times! I got a really good test run with the last hurricane and they are solid! I can't wait to finish more projects with them in the future!

Todd came out and spent time understanding our needs and making careful measurements in our vintage 1960's house. He gave us a competitive price. Once we decided to move forward he again returned with the Aaron the carpenter to double check all measurements before ordering. Installation went very well and Aaron was extremely careful and thorough. HPW also arranged for the inspection which went extremely well. Good communication during the entire process. Everything they said they were going to do they did.

Great! I had a unique situation where my existing front doors were in poor condition but had custom stained glass panels and a matching transom which I wanted to save. My idea was to use the old stained glass with new impact doors. Todd from HPW was able to come up with a plan that kept my transom in place and custom size the new doors to fit underneath it. The installers did a thorough job with the new doors and put more screws in place on one side of the new doors than the old doors had for their entire install. I love my new doors! HPW/Todd are now still going out of their way to help me get the stain glass panels in place on the new doors. Such responsive and helpful people to work with!

Todd was excellent through the sales explanation of the product, HOA approvals, permitting and followup. Windows were installed on-time and with excellent protection of my property. The price was great and the windows are exceptional!

Took some time to get the replacement products in but when they arrived, they were installed quickly and on schedule.

It just took a while. We didn't have any control over that. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

Start to finish HPW did an exceptional job. They were here when they said they would be. If there was a problem (e.g. a part needed to be replaced) it was done quickly and without a hassle. Very professional and cordial throughout the installation. Never any mess left at the end of the day, inside or outside. At the final inspection, the building inspector said the installation was superior - HPW did more than was called for on the manufacturer's specifications. We highly recommend HPW Windows and Doors.

The owner, Martin Bryant, was professional, helpful and wonderful to work with. He went out of his way to make sure the installation went smoothly and effortlessly for us. I was very impressed and would recommend HPW without hesitation to anyone seeking hurricane windows.

The initial installation required some adjustments, which HPW graciously performed in a timely manner, and at no charge.

The HPW and the installer were at all times professional and responsive to all communications. Installation did involve may challenges in that my home was poured concrete walls and the installer did an excellent job in performing a difficult task. Even with those challenges, the final installed price did change from the initial proposal. They were component and did an excellent job. They specialize in hurricane protection. They measured twice. They came on time and finished the installation on time. HPW was very professional. They were an A all the way.

We went to Hurricane Product Warehouse to see what our options were regarding Hurricane protection. Mike Nichols was very knowledgeable and went over all our options from shutters, to storm catchers to windows. We were never pressured one way or the other, just given the facts. We decided on the windows and his partner Dave came to our house to answer any questions we had and discuss installation questions. They were realistic about time lines from delivery to installation. Their installers were very professional and spent the time to get things right. They did a professional manner and we could not be happier with the finished product. We needed banding around some of the windows because they had to be built out to accommodate our window treatments and HPW set that up for us and that supplier did an excellent job. As a homeowner for the last 35 years, I expected something to be a problem, but I was wrong. Everything HPW did was done with care and skill and we could not be happier. For future work, I would not hesitate in the least to call HPW.
