They did a good job

It went wonderful, and she will be my permanent groomer for my dog. She has another appt. next week.

Cristy's Groomery is a wonderful grooming facility. I went to three groomers before finding Cristy. The team provides a  calm environment for the grooming. My big boy is always happy to go and the cut is perfect.

It took 6 weeks to get into to see Cristy and it was well worth the wait. As will all doodles, there is an art to getting the cut just right and they knocked it out of the park!

I'm new to the area and very particular about who grooms Ronan.  When I first arrived, I went to meet Cristy to see if Ronan liked her and if she was willing to work on him.  They had the chemistry, so I made an appointment.  While waiting for the appointment, I had to get him groomed elsewhere.  I almost cried when I picked him up from that appointment, he was scalped.  Thank goodness we had 6 weeks to have his coat grow out.

I dropped Ronan off with Cristy at 11:00 and she warned me it would take every bit of 4 hours to try to get his coat back to the way it was when she first met Ronan.  Like clockwork, I got the call a little after 3 to pick him up.  He was beautiful!  I had my living teddy bear back and he smelled wonderful!

I have made my next two appointments and Ronan will not go to another groomer in Melbourne again.  Cristy's rocks!!!

I have been bringing my Westie since he was a pup (and my Irish Setter before she passed) for around 10 years now. They are the best. My dog always looks great when we pick him up. This is well worth the value. The only downside is that it is on a busy street. Please be careful that your pet does not run from you when dropping off or picking up.

Don't be put off by the entrance to this groomers which is rather run down. The grooming is excellent and at a great price. I did not appreciate how skilled Cristy's groomers were until I took my dog to a different groomers for the same type of close cut and he ended up with sore paws, belly and neck from poor technique. Cristy's is definitely the Best in Town - I will never go anywhere else again.

Love, love, love, Christy and Alex. They treat my dog Sam like a star every time she goes for her groom. Sam is a 85 lb GoldenDoodle with lots of thick hair, Christy tames the beast and sends me home a big teddy bear, soft and fluffy. Since moving to Melbourne I have had one groomer, and that's Cristy. My dog Sammy loves her and Alex. Don't tell them this, but I would pay twice as much because I love them so much. Their genuine love for our animals shows. So unlike my other groomers who I viewed as mean and angry. You'll love Cristy and her side kick, Alex. Two wonderful people.

They did a wonderful job giving her a full service grooming. On the outside the building looks closed down, but on the inside they do very professional grooming at a reasonable price.
