Kennya, installed a pump from his car which looked extremely used on my washer and charged $188 for a repair that stated he offered a 90 day full warranty for his work. Once, he left, the washer didn't work nor did I witness it working before he left. I called him to explain the issue and he immediately said he would pick up the pump and provide a refund as he couldnt be bothered. After a few hours I tried to contact him again to see what time he was coming over but this time he created a brand new message on his phone that his company is now closed for another 2 weeks in which case to leave me high and dry and not come over like he said he would or ever again it appears. This is beyond unprofessional. I wish you better luck if you use him as he stole my money...

Kenya was hired by my home warranty company. He came, seemed to understand the issue, ordered the part and called to schedule an appointment for the repair once the part came in. He did not show up for the appointment. Nor did he return any of my phone calls from that point on. He did tell the home warranty company that he tried to call when they contacted him to find out what had happened, which sadly is not true. (calls are captured by cell phones, even if they go unanswered)
